Description: Ya'll know your boy is a gourmet chef, right? Anyways, I decided to name this heck of an experiment "Beethoven's January7th", after both my favorite composition and a special person's birthday! First off, I washed off the Organic Baby Spinach and gave a little olive oil, salt and pepper. Then I added some fresh red grapes and mandarin oranges. Next I put in some grilled chicken, heated up for taste. To top it off, I added a dollop of fruit cream dip. I think next time I'll come up with a lemon juice vinaigrette instead. I got three yes's and one no, so in my book, that's a yes. I think from now on, I'll blog about my gourmet creations. BTW, all this stuff can be found at Sam's Club!
